Outstanding service always from Farid Cassim

Hi there, Just wanted to give feedback regarding my interactions and dealings with Farid Cassim on an ongoing basis. He has always assisted me whenever I've hit a snag or roadblock, even after hours. He is my go to guy before I actually call your support centre as I know that I can always rely on him assisting me without any issues. He will follow-up with me even after the issue/s has been resolved just to check if all is in order. He to date has not let me down with his assistance and service.
