NO UNDERSTANDING

I took over a business that claimed doing a T/O of R200k. I needed a card machine URGENTLY as its a going concern and the previous owner took his machines. SureSwipe was the only service provider to jump at the opportunity so that we didn't suffer any losses. I signed a 24 month contract.Only once I managed to gain access to the POS4 system I soon realized I was duped. I immediately cancelled everything (not even 2 weeks) ALL suppliers understood and was sympathetic to what had happened. In fact all wavered their cancellations fees accept SureSwipe.....I pleaded with them explaining over and over again..To no avail......I caution all users and potential users of SureSwipe to rather stick to the known financial institutions for your card machines.
