NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

This is now the second time I have to log a query and wait a month for any kind of reply. Candice at Sureswipe help centre just ignores your emails. You cc the managers in the first incident till today they have not rep**** to the email to apologize. With this second query I asked to speak to her manager, he is not available, they said another manager will contact me back and I am still waiting. No reply on emails. Money deducted from my customer twice proof sent of this but they just ignore you and I spend a hell of a lot of money with them every month. Going to put my loyalty programme over to a new POS system and cancel them! Their aftersales is non existent.
