MySpice Umgeni Our company was in the process of transitioning from the old card machines (non sim) to the new sim enabled machines. Farid had assisted us during the implementation phase. As is with an implementation, hiccups are to be expected. He assisted in us in the following areas: a) initial device setup. b) testing and calibration of new machine. c) training of staff on device usage. d) hands-on troubleshooting of the device (cashier totals, connectivity issues, manager pin retrieval etc). e) follow up / checking of data on Adumo's servers to ensure correct data flow. f) ordering of till rolls. g) collection of old machine from premises and signoff Thanks and well done Farid.
