I had issues in my jhb south store the glen and my pmb store and I could not get through to your call centre over the weekend I called your techie Farid and he gladly assisted me. My speed points were not functional,he took the initiative to call each store and speak to the managers and resolve the issues they were having. I applaud Farid for his dedication and speedy assistance. I appreciate the help in our busiest times of need. Thanks alot
