Bad call center

I would most definitely not suggest this company, I have a 2 Year Contract with them the first time I upgraded my phone, the took 3 months before they eventually got my phone and sipe machine to work together after many calls, now from 7 Feb they haven't payed my money over its taken almost 3 weeks and still nothing, the call center lady promised to get back to me, she doesn't and when you complain she gets nasty now come on 3 weeks is a long time to solve a problem.
