I commend the excellent service and turnaround time of Farid. He has assisted me in getting our SureSwipe machine back online at our Eshowe branch.

He took me through the troubleshooting process with understanding and ease. Definitely understands his field of work.

There was some back and forth involved in this process and he assisted me until we resolved it.
