Apologies and Many Thanks

<p>I just want to thank Beu Kopasz for his willingness and perseverance he portrayed in my SureSwipe application. </p> <p> </p> <p>I initially complained about the the lengthy process to obtain a Card machine from SureSwipe having said that, I needed to include the person I was dealing with </p> <p> </p> <p>I just want to make it clear to the SureSwipe team that I was not complaining about Beu Kopasz in person as I do now understand that he was only doing his job. But merely about the process he had to follow to get me to the point where I wanted to be. </p> <p> </p> <p>Even though I complained and used his name, Beu Kopasz remained professional throughout out the process and maintained the same business attitude and willingness to help that he had from the moment I made the enquiry. </p> <p> </p> <p>His attitude and willingness was truly appreciated. It takes a real person to portray that form of respect and willingness to help even after I complained and used his name that truly is admirable. </p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks a million </p>
