After 3 weeks and 3 calls im still waiting....

I have called the contact center three times now to get a contract signed so I can use my sureswipe supp**** card machine and have yet to get a response. Its been over three weeks and nothing. Whats up with the poor service? I would have thought you would want new clients, not chase them away.
