Adumo Warning

This company was recommended to me as they were apparently quick and reliable, and supported loyalty cards, of which my business uses a lot.

They were quick... Three days before I took over the business the machines were delivered and worked. Sadly the the loyalty cards system did not.

Almost three weeks later they still don't. They cannot even test the services they advertise. Daily communication led to daily promises that they have found and resolved the problem. Daily disappointments.

I told guests who wanted to use the system that they are working on and it will be ready next week (as promised to me) only to have to dissapoint them, as a week later nothing has been resolved. Some of them left my business, and I don't know if they will return.

As a new owner, their ineptitude and false promises has lead to financial losses, and more importantly, reputational damage to my business, with angry and dissapointed guests leaving my premises.

To top is all, even normal card transactions worked only sporadically on Saturday and not at all on Monday.

They were not even aware of Monday's problem. We reported it three hours ago and was told the help desk will phone with assistance...To no particular surprise that hasn't happened yet.

Were I a new business, or a business converting to them based on their shiny promises, I would consider carefully.
