Avoid this company at all cost!

We regrettably used AD transport to move a few things for us to Cape Town from JHB. Initial contact was great (Obviously, they want your money). Up to the point where they asked for all outstanding balances to be paid before unpacking our load. Promises where made to keep us informed, in a timely manner, on the collection in JHB and off-load in Cape Town. On both occasions they only gave us 30 minutes notice, despite previous promises to share the schedule with us.

The worst is, they did not pack everything on our initial inventory as we specified and signed for. They left 5 of our boxes in JHB. Now that we are trying to get hold of them to fix this problem, they disappeared from the face of the earth. Emails, calls - all gets ignored. Not only are our boxes still in JHB, but we had to pay according to cubic volume , so they are literally *******. The items that where delivered where also not covered / protected in the truck. Everything was dirty and dusty. Extremely unprofessional service, they do not deserve anymore business coming their way unless they make massive changes to their work ethics.
