VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - ****** AND **********

<p>In August 2015, more than a year ago, I took our BMW M3 1997 model, for repairs to ADT RACING & AUTO SERVICES, 19 van Riebeeck Street Alberton North , Alberton, Gauteng, 1456.</p> <p>The car had a bearing knock on the engin.<br />The verbal agreement between myself and the owner, ANDRE was that it will cost me R35,000.00 to fix. ANDRE said if I could give him R30,000.00 before the car is fixed , that will qualify me for the R5,000.00 discount. I have sms's between myself and Andre to confirm this.<br />I paid 3 installments. The last payment was November 2015, bringing the amount paid to R30,000.00. The car was not yet fixed so that would mean I do not owe Andre anymore.</p> <p>By November 2015, when I paid up the R30,000.00, Andre has not started working on my car as yet. For the past year I have been calling, visiting the workshop and made all kinds of means to check on the progress of the car, but every time I get there, Andre would give me a story. His stories are:<br />- I cannot find the parts for the car<br />- I ordered the parts, still waiting for it<br />- I have other customers too, yours is not the only car I have to fix, you can wait<br />- I have lots of work to do, cannot speak to you</p> <p>Many a times I would make appointments to go and see him at the workshop and he would be sure to leave the workshop a few minutes before I get there, even if I would call him while on my way to him (me using taxi's from Pretoria to get to him in Alberton, as I live in Pretoria).<br />Andre's attitude has been very bad and I have been very very patient until now. The bottom line is he does not respect me as his customer or as a human being. He gets aggressive and arrogant when I demand answers.</p> <p>When I visited the workshop a few weeks ago, my car parts were laying all over the workshop. Andre had just left the office shortly before I got there, just after I called to say I'm 20 minutes away, he left the office. To my knowledge he has done absolutely nothing to get that car fixed for me.</p> <p>I need help in exposing ********** like ANDRE from ADT RACING Alberton, and I'm calling on Alberton Record to help me do that.</p> <p>Right now my car is still with him, it does not move, car parts laying around outside in his workshop.
