Adrian is extremely knowledgeable with a great understanding of how products work together, and how they benefit our specific circumstances. He is very down to earth and tells things as they are, which is always very refreshing. Not only are he and his team incredibly reactive when we request information or submit a claim, but they are also proactive in suggesting improvements to our portfolio, sharing information on new products from which we might get value, or following up on open requests. He is friendly and funny, but most of all provides a great service that I can fully recommend.
