My vehicle claim was handled promptly and professionally. The Thursday afternoon of my incident, I called in and reported it telephonic-ally. The very next morning I took my vehicle to the Discovery Healthy Assessor and they reported back to me on Monday with the panel beater costing and my vehicle was booked in the following Monday for repair.
