Poor returns policy, Company is not backing up their product

I bought 2 sets of pajamas and slippers with name engraved, from this company, this is over the internet, their returns policy is too short as their quality is poor.They do not guarantee their products, as the slipperes fell apart from poor materials used and they do not cover the products production defects or poor quality materials. The chances of the products of having defects that can become apparent after the 7 days return policy are high, over and above the price is high, so i would not purchase again from this company.
