No response on an order made November 2023. So disappointing 😞

I ordered and paid for pajamas on the 26th of November 2022. Left countless messages and dmsfor the business. They finally got back to me on the 19th to say I will have to wait for 30 days for that type of pajamas and I said that is perfectly fine. I tried again in January 2023 to get any feedback regarding the order and still nothing till today. Whatsapps not read and dm on Instagram not responded to. I can understand if there is a delay in my order,but get back to your customers 😕
