bad attitude and service

Payed to fix my hair after they messed it up. Went back to get it fixed chri******e only washed my hair said I should come back the 2nd Friday. When I got there another client was there and I was told to come back on the date they gave me, but they never gave me a date only said come the 2nd friday after i was there. I emailed them the week before to confirm and in the salon when I said that i have confirmed they made me the ****. No sorry and no goodbey when I left. Very upset
