I am not going to write a long review of my experience with the company, however I would like to warn people about the well orchestrated business site that has carefully selected reviews that will make you believe they are real. Don't pay them, be warned. I requested my refund when i noticed that there was no actual service provided by the company and furthermore transcription was not really what i read about on their page. To date my emails are no longer responded to, which is a clear indication that they are not legit. This is not as good as it is put out. Do not waste your time and fall victim of this fraught. check other sites for reviews and you will see the real reflection of this company and such reviews are not published on their site. i left a review about my experience on the site, when i went back to the page it was not there. another red flag that shows that they dont publish any negative reviews. I have been promised my refund in 24 hours and it has been 10 days and counting. what is more frustrating is they no longer respond to any of my emails. Be warned and never rely solely on the **** reviews on their page. I wouldn't be surprised if they wrote them all.
