Not getting refund as requested

Since I started with Adoncast Digital I can't say that my experience with them is what they portray on their website.

I have tried all the companies they have mentioned on their training material to no avail.

I have received help from Adoncast in terms of how to do the whole transcribing thing, but as soon as I started requesting a refund, so that I am able to try other avenues, I have been ignored.

I am unemployed at the moment and can't sit and wait around for Rev to one day activate my account when they feel like it.

I was also told by Adoncast to wait for Rev to activate my account but this has been a month already and still nothing.

I am demanding a refund and have sent my banking details to Adoncast Digital.

I have proof of all the emails sent and the amount paid to them initially.
