I trust you’re well. Please publicise this warning to all fellow South Africans from ******** that pretend to be estate agents. There is a company by the name of Adonai Projects/Properties, reg *** operating in Bramley View, Johannesburg run by a gentleman by the name of Ronald/Ronnie ( ********** 926 who’s number is constantly on voicemail except when he needs to send an sms). This company specialises on estates – from rental to selling and other stuff which are immaterial to me. On the 27th October 2018, I asked for their services in finding me a place to stay at the time not knowing that they would actually use my hard earned cash for their business acount. A gentleman by the name of Thembani Martin Ndlovu ( ********** 810 which is now on voicemail and ********** 358 still ringing) whom was to be the agent facilitating this transaction asked that I deposit amounts into their business account in order for them to assist. At first I deposited R400 which is non refundable as a it was service rendered. Then a few days later I deposited R4000 for security and another R4000 rent. On the day that I was supposed to move in there were excuses that the previous tenant does not want to vacate the premises. I asked them to refund what was due to me. To cut this long series of events short today it is the 10th December 2018 and I still haven’t been refunded as the owner Ronnie keeps on sending text messages and emails promising to refund the coming up with excuses on the set date. Hence it is extremely important that people out there be warned not to even think of using this company unless they want to be in the same predicament

NB: I have copied him on this email so that he is aware that before we drag each other to court (such a tedious process) people should be are aware of how he runs his business.
