Zero Rated service

A week ago I could not open attachment. I was told by Adobe that I had to get the AI Assistant. I agreed to do a trial 7 days which ends tomorrow 23 Jan. I have tried to contact them to say I do not want this package and get the stupid chatbox which I find, in most cases, is absolutely useless. Nothing has ever been confirmed to me. I am terrified now that I will be charges every month (a BIG amount) from tomorrow.
