NO RESPONSE

Bought an ADOBE product online but as was busy trying to download it, it gave me several errors until I had to have an online assistance interfering to but still until now am unable to use the product for what I thought it will be useful for me,<br> <br> As their confirmation email confirms that you may cancel at anytime for a full refund within a month but unfortunately there is no direct customer service email to communicate, and need my full refund as the product is not useful to me
