NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

If I could give fewer stars, I would!!! I canceled before the free trial, and surprise, surprise, I was still billed after I was told it was canceled by an agent!! Now that I wanted to cancel, they billed me a ridiculous amount. The agents on the chat and calls are all pathetic!!!!
