We have had a very negative experience with this company. They attempted to debit our bank account without any authorisation after cancelling subscriptions with them. This is highly ********* and unacceptable business practice. Despite never giving consent, they still tried to process a debit order, causing unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. A legitimate business should never operate in this manner. I would strongly caution others to be extremely careful before engaging with this company. Trust and transparency are key in any business relationship, and unfortunately, they have failed on both.
