Adobe **** SUPPORT

As IT Administrator for Seacom we bought Enterprise Licenses for 10 Users of which the help and visibility from the Salesman were awesome. ( Quick do provide excellent support when customers sign up.) A year later we sitting with an issue where we are unable to use the Pro License that we bought, all our users are struggling. I have logged numerous support requests, sent email even tried calling. i have sent an email to all attached : Divya Saxena <***> / Deepak Bhasin . <***> / DL-NoidaCCTTier2 <***> . Its been 3 - 4 months of struggling to get Support from Adobe just to fix our License issue as well as purchase Additional LIcenses.
