ADOBE Photoshop WHAT A BUNCH OF *******

i tried the week free trial to use photoshop, which i couldnt, because myl laptop was outdated. when i try to cancel the subscription, i couldnt even log in. i could not even verify my email, because i do not have access to the mail used for subscribing. Now the debit order keeps going off even if i have tried multiple times to cancel. i only get an error on the website. I HATE THIS PRODUCT AND THE SERIVICE IS PATHETIC! THE HELP BOT IS OF NO USE AND MIGHT AS WELL BE REMOVED FROM THE SITE.

now im incurring alot of penalties on my banking account because the payment keeps trying to go off. there is no funds, as i was trying to cancel the subscription throughout the trial week, because i had NO use for the Photoshop program i wanted to try.
