Adobe licensing method sucks.

"I did purchase a renewal license for the next year, but because i was late to activate it by a few days they want me to repurchase a new subscription (cost a arm and leg). Below is the feedback from the reseller: Upon checking the licensing records, the Adobe Anniversary Date was 2027-05-04, however the renewal was not completed within the required window and the subscription has now lapsed. As a result, the existing licence cannot be reinstated and Adobe treats this as a terminated instance.
