Adobe Case Number ADB-***-H9Q9

After Adobe stole numerous unauthorized amounts from my account (which they refuse to compensate for) they refund me an amount much less than the original amounts of money that was ****** out of my account?

And for such a large company, how could it be this hard to rectify a mistake like this properly? I had to wait over a week for less than a full refund with no compensation?

I'm a bit shocked/digusted with the way this situation was handled.
