Disappointed

I am very disappointed about the service i received tonight 2 agent failed to help with cancellation as i cant afford for the service they didn't even give me a chance to explain my self they just left like i don't deserve a good treatment like anyone who's living why because i cant afford or maybe it because im poor , i even felt like poorness smell in me Agent Priya AND Maongtoshi i KNOW I WONT GET justice So let me vent here ..............Im very disappointed
