Worst service ever

I am beyond disappointed and livid ,lost my phone on the 5th of March reported on the 6th March till today no feedback and no phone yet all payments are still being made the worst ever I can't even work or do Sim swap I regret taking this MTN insurance. What a waste of my money!!!
