Worst insurer ever

I submitted a claim on the 6th November and to my surprise my claim was rejected as part of their clause, I escalated to Arbitration which ruled in my favour, they MTN admyntec sent me an email confirming that my claim was approved, now after my claim is awaiting phone order they cancel that order without even informing me about that cancellation , as I wait for that I am told SANTAM investigator wants to meet with me. A month later only then SANTAM wants to meet with me should an investigation not be done prio to the claim being rejected or approved if there are things they are unclear about regarding my claim...the worst do not even bother the service if you do not follow up you will not know the status of your claim period
