WHAT A HORRIBLE SERVICE

I have lodged a claim on MTN insure on the 7th of January 2026 for a phone repair; it's the 23rd of January 2026 still my phone is not collected. What kind of service is this. I have been waiting for 3 weeks without a phone while I pay an all-risk premium. I am fuming because i can't believe after 3 weeks my phone haven't been collected, how long will the repair take? that means i will be waiting for more than a month to get a phone repaired. I am mad!!!!
