Very Poor service

This is the device insurance team from MTN. I have been waiting for my phone for more than two months now. I pay insurance every month and have already paid the excess fee. I have sent emails about my phone but they have not responded. When will I get my phone? I've sent them everything they asked for. I am very dissatisfied with their service. They don't give a damn.
