Useless business that should be closed.

Recently my phone broke 07/01/2020 and today is the 18/02/2020 and i still havent received my phone. I have spoken to numerous people including the supervisor Charmaine that is completely useless in her job. Extremely poor service. The worst i have EVER encountered. If you are with MTN then cancel your contract and move to another service provider, because Admyntec does MTN's cellphone repairs. You wont ever get your phone back and if you do then it will be atleast a 3 month waiting period. I have spoken to 9 different people and everyone isas useless as the previous one. People i spoke to Tsepo, Noluthanto, Wongani, Phindile, Forcune, California, Charmaine. I have even complained about these people and nothing has been done.
