Unhappy customer

I took a cell phone contract through this company and have been paying the instalment plus insurance on time and every single month, However my cell phone got ******. I reported it and have provided all the necessary documents required. My claim was declined because they blaming me for my cell phone being ****** in my car. What ******* is this? because things get ****** all the time in SA People get killed for their own stuff...This company is a **** ripping people of their monies
