f I continue with MTN as a service provider I must be loosing my mumbles after the run around I've been given. I still have not received my phone. I called today spoke to useless Phindile who was programmed just kept on repeating herself and not answering my questions. I asked her to call the manager who she advised was Charmaine Mnguni who did not come to the phone to speak to me as she had too many queries to deal with! I paid my excess on the 06th of March and sent through all the documents till today I'm still waiting. All I asked was for MTN to arrange a store pick up and I will go pick -up the phone as they are failing to deliver, Phindile couldn't help me with that and Charmaine was too busy.
