The worst of them of all in South Africa

I lodged my claim with this company on 12 December 2023. They just ignored my claim and when I called 7 days later they told me that I had given a wrong description of my phone. I amended the claim form and sent it back on the same day it took another week to approve the claim. They sent banking details, guess what, wrong banking details. Long story short my pjlhone was picked up last week Tuesday 16 January 2024 to change the screen. Today it’s 25 January 2024, the phone has not been returned back to me. Changing the screen is less than one hour. It’s the last I am ever going to transact with this company
