The worst cellphone insurance provider

THE WORST CELLPHONE INSURANCE SERVICE PROVIDER!!!!!! I have never received such atrocious service from an insurance company before. I submitted claim 4 months ago, that time they had the audacity to return me a broken phone and pretend like they have repaired it, only for me to have to send it back to them. I am fully up to date with my premiums but they cant even turn around a claim. The absolute worst!! #MTN#MTNINSURANCE#BADSERVICE
