terrible service

Good day ,

I am extremely disappointed in your service , I have received no communication with you in over 72 hours . I have reached out to you on multiple occasions to inform you that I am a student who has left the address of the initial pick up and went back to my residence of study (Johannesburg) and that I need my device to register for school. Now that I have decided to call you guys and being told that my device has been fixed,even thou it was earlier communicated to me that I would be receiving a replacement. Furthermore my device is said to be with a courier company that will be delivered latest saturday to the very address that i've been calling to say I will no longer be at. At this point I have no idea what is the actual truth or when I will receive a device in order to register for school. Your agents and service is horrible . Ive been a customer with you since 2019 and it been getting worse , worse and woser .
