Terrible service

What a horrific experience I had with MTN insurance claim! I logged a claim on the 10th of Dec following up with a call over a couple of days(promised turnaround is 7-14days) phone was finally collected only around the 17th of Dec for repairs and I got text updates about the phone until it was delivered on the 5th of Jan in the very same condition it was shipped it, not touched. I hand delivered the phone back to their offices in Revonia and that’s when I met Jabu, he introduced himse As the Manager of MTN insurance whatever. He looked at the issue and verbally apologised and even promised to replace the phone before Friday(this was Tuesday) additional access was requested and paid on Wednesday and that was the last time i heard from him. No update no answering of calls I went back to their offices on Friday and the very same person who promised to help asked me what am i doing there cause he said he will communicate. Utterly rude and disrespectful even went on to deny promising to send the replacement before friday, he threatened to call security on until a very nice lady called Patricia Mashau approached the situation to help calm it and finally assisted us. My phone was then delivered on Monday….if it wasn’t for her I believe we would still be doing up and downs. Hand down for her exceptional service!

But the company? Im thanks! Run very far away from it!
