TERRIBLE INSURANCE COMPANY

If I could, I would leave zero stars. This insurance company is very bad at communication. I received my repaired device back from the repair center which had a crack on the back cover of the cellphone. My cellphone went in for screen repairs and came back with batter issues. The back cover of the cellphone had slight crack in it which proceeded to lift due to charging. The repair center is claiming that they had nothing to do with it. I have to once again send in a claim and pay an excess fee for a mess I didn't create. This insurance seriously need to look into contracting a different repair center. It's been three weeks since my cellphone was collected and I am yet to receive feedback about what will be done to rectify the issue. They keep giving me the run around. A truly pathetic company.
