Terrible and unorganized process

i have been waiting for almost three weeks for my mtn insurance to be taken care of. First the consultant loaded my initial insurance from last year incorrectly then i now need to wait for the insurance inception date to be changed. it is a endless tiring process, i was ****** which was on its own shocking and traumatizing and now i need to deal with a very bad unorganized organization. i just want my claim to be processed asap.
