Stay away from this insurance

They stole my phone at gym company in Rustenburg through the lockers. How they got in my lockers or maybe they used other keys I do not know..I insured my iPhone 14 pro max with this company,now they declined my claim even cancelled my policy without helping me,not even saying I should pay access fee.this company is bad and please do not Insure your items with this. I hate it because this was a contract phone now I pay to pay a phone I won't be using anything..all they say is there is no evidence of force entry to the locker...how must I know..
