Slow in Processing Phone Claims

"I recently had to file a claim with Admyntec Services for my phone, and I have to say, I am extremely disappointed with their service. They are taking forever to process my claim, leaving me without a phone for several days. As someone who relies on my phone to manage my business, this is a major inconvenience that is causing me to lose potential clients and revenue.

To make matters worse, their customer care ethics are seriously lacking. I feel like I am just a number to them, rather than a valued customer in need of assistance. They don't seem to care about the impact their slow processing time is having on my business, and I have to keep following up with them just to get a status update on my claim.

Overall, I would not recommend Admyntec Services to anyone looking for reliable phone insurance. If you value prompt and courteous service, you'll be sorely disappointed by this company."
