Shocking service - over billed for months!

I have a contract with MTN and an insurance through them - three months in a row I’ve been over billed my insurance bill. I’ve been promised to be refunded but now my MTN account is suspended because I refused to pay the bill till this matter is resolved! This is shocking services and **************** that you guys don’t have procedures in place for billing and you can add fictional insurance charges - client is the one who is inconvenienced and now I can’t recover my money and my service is suspended
