Shocking insurance brokers

This insurance company made the mistake of insuring my iPhone SE 64g 2020 under a different iphone and now they refuse to pay out for the claim. Claiming that I now have to pay in an extra R3000 for a mistake that THEY made. I now have options that are nowhere near to what my contract is actually worth. The fact remains that their brokers failed to correctly add the information! I'm disgusted and outraged!
