Ridiculously poor service from Admyntec

This is the most pathetic company I've had the displeasure of being forced to use by mtn. 8 days after my cell phone died and it's still on my desk awaiting collection. more than 20 phone calls, more than 10 emails and nothing. No responsability is taken by anyone. DISGUSTING
