Repair my phone

Hello Peter I have been paying my phone insurance for over a year now. Four months back my phone fall and it's screen broke, after I reported it to my insurance company and I did everything they asked me to do. For the last 3 months they have been saying that they are waiting for me to pay my excess fee of which I already paid.
