poor service do not insure with them

I had a cellphone claim loaded for a broken screen . got an email to pay excess 8 days later paid on the 23rd November till today no one has phoned me to tell mw when they are collecting the phone . i am so angry basically i wil spent 2 months without a phone shame on you
