POOR SERVICE

This is the Mtn service provider which in my view portrait themselves to be ***********. I came across very rude, *********** and unprofessional call centre agent who failed to call her supervisor for me after what she claimed to have explained to me didn’t make sense at all. She put me on hold without informing me, she told me that there’s no senior on floor, which I found very strange, she also told me to leave my details so that they can phone me back but till to date no call received from this company.
